I provide holistic strength training programs for the people!

Movement correction and optimization,
Athletic performance and spiritual training.
Where do you coach?
My coaching services are available remotely, so you can work with me anywhere anytime!
I also have a small studio for those who live in my home town.
What’s your Background?
I was a competitive athlete for 25years which led me into a career in athletic coaching which has know been over 20years.
I am 5 x NCAA All American in Track and field and competed in various sports after track such as Bobsled, long drive golf and CrossFit.
I have worked with world class athletes to folks who want to feel stronger, live healthier and have more vitally.
I have too many certifications to list but I completed a Master Degree in Sports Conditioning and worked along some of the best coaches in the industry throughout my career. Such as Charles Poliquin and Paul Chek just to name a couple…
What is your philosophy?
I always valued my training as a personal journey… in my earlier years fitness was a way to keep me competitive and build confidence.
I bring that love of the personal journey into my coaching services and have been providing individuals with personalized training plans for over 15years. I believe everyone is unique and therefore deserves a plan that can specifically address their needs and goals.
What is Holistic Coaching?
It’s an approach that weaves in all aspects of what it means to be human. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. My intention is to empower people to live authentically to their biology, environment and true essence …. Being more connected with all of life has also shaped my life in the best ways
What are your hobbies?
I love to be in the woods with my dogs, qi gong and bike! I also love to create music sing and make people laugh 🤣… with my epic dance moves or singing!
