Today we were joined by Summit County Sheriff's Deputy (Professor) Thiago Bento. A different approach than we had this week, as we worked on 2-man arrest tactics and standing collar chokes. Great work from all, and the closing rounds were awesome!

Special thanks to all the Professors who came in to teach this month. I'm sure we will be seeing them again.

Professor Rodrigo from Gracie Barra Herriman will be with us this Saturday. Again, if you have a Gi bring it. I will have some loaners available.

Also, we still have club patches for $10. If you train outside of the club, talk to your professor before throwing it on your gi.

Today we were joined by Professor Eddie Edmonds. Professor Edmunds has a unique story that ties him to our department. Fred House, the namesake of our training academy, was an early student of his. One of our former legendary Defensive Tactics instructors, Professor Stephen King (not the author), was also one of his students and friends.

Thank you Professor for your time today. We look forward to working with you more in the future.

Shout out to cadets from PSA 365 for showing up while in the academy. Keep this fire alive, keep training.
