Brodie is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports & Science Association (ISSA), with additional training in Corrective Exercise, Nutrition, CPR, and AED. She brings a well-rounded approach to fitness, combining practical expertise with a passion for
helping others grow stronger, both physically and mentally. Currently pursuing a degree in Political Science with a Concentration in Law at UMass Lowell, Brodie is dedicated to both academic and athletic excellence. Her primary focus is working with middle and high school students who are ready to level up their athletic performance, build strength, gain confidence, and establish healthy lifelong habits. Brodie also welcomes adult clients who are motivated to improve their fitness, build strength, and achieve their personal wellness goals.
