Total Skills Baseball, Basketball, Softball, and Sport Performance Training Total Skills offers quality instruction to the athlete that wants to improve their performance.

Training is done individuall small groups and clinics in a variety of sports with top level coaching. Total Skills also offers summer camps and coaching clinics and tournament baseball and basketball teams.

“HUGE team win. Jones pitched so efficiently, even though some mistakes gave up free bases and runs early, he was able to get the complete game even in 8 innings. Very happy the team could pull it out for him in such dramatic fashion. The boys just didn’t fold, scoring 4 in the T6 and the tying run T7 to get us to extras. But we all had faith that in the 8th that we could take the lead & Dean would shut them down in the bottom half—and that’s exactly what he did.” - Coach Benamati
