Betsy absolutely crushed it this weekend.

All time PRs, platform PRs, and an Ultra Nationals win. That’s what happens when brutally hard work comes together on the platform.

Tracking macros is the gold standard. Until you’re in an airport at 6am with a carry-on and zero time to weigh your chicken.

Traveling doesn’t have to derail your progress. You just need a simpler set of rules.

Pick one:

Rule 1: Only eat fruit, vegetables, and lean meats. No math, no apps, just real food.

Rule 2: Only eat between 12pm and 6pm. Compress the window, control the damage.

That’s it. No food scale required.

The goal when you’re off routine isn’t perfection. It’s damage control. Stay consistent with one rule and you’ll come home right where you left off.

On a serious note if you’re in Garden Grove/Anaheim area and have access to an inbody scanner please let me know. It would be a MASSIVE stress relief

Every scale is somewhat off but how much off? Who knows. Normally it’s fine bc you us the same scale and as long as it’s the same amount off every time you’re good to go.

When you switch scales you just have no idea what the true number is. Worst case we weigh in a few different scales and take the average as a best guess and go from there
