11 years sober today.

What a long, beautiful, wild journey it’s been. There have been incredible highs, painful lows, moments of doubt, moments of growth, and a whole lot of learning along the way. Through it all, I’ve learned more about myself than I ever thought possible.

Today I stand here not just sober, but blessed. A business owner. A husband. A father to two amazing little boys who mean everything to me. The life I have today once felt impossible, and I’ll never take it for granted.

None of this happened alone. Thank you to everyone who helped carry me through the hard days, believed in me when I struggled to believe in myself, and reminded me what was possible. Especially my beautiful wife, my family, and my support system… I love you all more than words can explain.

11 years down. One day at a time. ❤️

5.11.15 — the day my life changed for the better.

A decade of clarity. Of growth. Of learning how to truly show up — for myself, for the people I love, and for the life I almost missed.

To everyone who’s had my back over the years — thank you. Your support carried me through the darkest and the brightest days.

But most of all… Heather, Ollie, and Theo — you three are my why. You’ve stood by me, lifted me, loved me unconditionally. I love you with everything I’ve got.

One day at a time. And today, I’m grateful.

Two weeks early and already making a grand entrance! Heather’s doing amazing, and our hearts are so full watching Ollie step into the role of big brother. Theo, you’ve already brought so much light into our lives, and we can’t wait to watch you grow. Here’s to new adventures, unexpected joys, and a lifetime of brotherly mischief.
