Congratulations to Grayson Sparkman, the winner of our Trinity Elite Youth Performance & Mentorship Experience! 🎉💪

We are excited to welcome Grayson into the Elite Athletic Training family and look forward to helping him continue developing his athletic abilities, confidence, discipline, and leadership skills both on and off the field.

I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Blessed Trinity Catholic School for allowing me to be a small part of something much bigger than myself. Opportunities like this remind me why I love serving our community and investing in the next generation of athletes and leaders.

It has been an honor to support Blessed Trinity and contribute to the development of one of its recent graduates. The future is bright, and I am grateful for the trust placed in Elite Athletic Training to help young athletes pursue their goals.

Nicole is stepping into this journey with goals of building lean muscle, developing and strengthening her glutes, tightening her core, and improving her overall body composition. She’s already active and motivated, and now it’s time to take things to the next level with structure, accountability, and consistency.

This process is about more than just appearance — it’s about becoming stronger, healthier, more confident, and building habits that last. We’re excited to help guide her through every phase of the journey and watch her transform mentally and physically.

Barbera, this transformation is a direct reflection of your consistency, effort, and commitment to becoming a healthier and stronger version of yourself. The changes in your physique, posture, confidence, and overall composition are impossible to ignore. You didn’t just lose weight — you built better habits, showed up for yourself, and trusted the process every step of the way.

BUILDING MORE THAN ATHLETES 💪🏾⚡️

Kids Skillz & Drills is where confidence, discipline, and hard work begin. Every Monday & Wednesday from 4:30–5:00 PM, we help young athletes develop strength, speed, quickness, agility, and the mindset needed to grow on and off the field.

This is more than training — it’s mentorship, encouragement, and creating a positive environment where kids can believe in themselves and have fun doing it. We love pouring into the next generation and watching them elevate every week.

This class is led by on Mondays and .themovement on Wednesdays. See you soon!

Mercedes is beginning her journey toward a complete lifestyle and body transformation, and we’re honored she chose Elite Athletic Training to walk that path with her. Every journey starts with one decision — and hers starts NOW.

She’s committed to building healthier habits, gaining confidence, improving her fitness, and becoming the strongest version of herself mentally and physically. We are excited to guide, motivate, and push her every step of the way as she works toward her goals.
