After spending over 20 years in the food and beverage industry, Jenn made a career change and became a personal trainer in 2018. As someone who has always been passionate about fitness, the transition felt natural and organic.
Jenn loves helping people unlock and achieve their true potential in a safe and supportive environment. She incorporates a mix of cardio, strength and conditioning, and flexibility training to create individualized programs that meet each client’s unique needs.
Her goal is to give clients the tools and knowledge they need to experience long-term success—whether that’s losing weight, building muscle, or simply creating a healthier lifestyle. Jenn believes fitness should be sustainable, enjoyable, and empowering.
When she’s not in the gym, Jenn loves being outdoors hiking or going for a bike ride. And with her background in the food and beverage industry, she’s always excited to discover new places to try.
