New Workshop with Angela!!

As autumn settles in, nature shifts from expansion to gathering — trees release their leaves, energy turns inward, and things begin to slow down. This is metal season, governing the lungs, and its qualities are all about clarity, letting go, and quiet contraction. In this two-hour workshop, we’ll work with that seasonal energy rather than against it: practicing specific qigong exercises to cleanse and nourish the lungs, moving through some yin yoga, and closing with a restful savasana meditation.

Welcome Winzer!! So honored to have this beautiful soul join our teaching family at LGY!!

Winzer is a 500-RYT, specializing in Advanced Therapeutic yoga. Her classes are deeply rooted in the philosophy of yoga—not just how we move on the mat, but how we move through life. Winzer believes yoga is for every BODY, every age, every ability, and every season of life. She holds space with warmth and a nonjudgmental approach, offering students practical tools to support healing, balance, and mindfulness both on and off the mat.

Winzer is permanently taking the Noon lunch practice on Tuesdays!! And you’ll see her subbing in our regular weekly schedule. Come show her some love and join her in class next week!!

Anybody else remember our first class??! Gosh way simpler days, just a 600 square foot rectangle, a cozy space that fit about 8 people and a screen for those virtual days (and so many technical challenges lol). This pic captures that very first evening. And here we are nearly 6 years later.

Proud of who we are and how far we have come. We are more than just a place to take a yoga class. We are truly a community of some warm, kind fantastic people.

Celebrating 6 🙌☀️🧘‍♀️ Another year of yoga, movement, connection and friendships built in our beautiful NB!! Save the Date for our shindig of swim, snacks, smiles and of course yoga!! We will be celebrating at the beautiful local gem Sophie’s Gasthaus . We are so excited to host our clients, members, teachers and community at their beautiful property. This event is free to all so bring your people and come party with us ✌️

Save the Date!! Sunday, August 30th. 11am - 2pm. We will kick off with yoga on the lawn around 11:15 and then enjoy the pool, food, ice cream and chill time!
