June 20th 2pm-4pm - Create your own mala in this hands-on workshop guided by creativity and intention.
Choose from natural gemstones and wooden beads, then hand-string your own mala to become a necklace that’s uniquely yours.
All supplies are provided. $50 sign up online! Limited Spots.

Community yoga is a donation-based class with 100% of contributions going back to the community.

Classes are taught using a trauma-informed approach, with an emphasis on choice, consent, and creating a supportive space where everyone can move at their own pace. We have mats and props to borrow at the studio - just plan to wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
