Tonight’s the night! Wednesdays @ 5:45 PM at Steinhardt Brewing Company. We’ve got a solid crew that shows up every week, and there’s always room for one more mat. Come stretch it out and stay for a pint.

Flow in the field with the fluffiest class assistants around. Expect curious noses, excellent photo ops, and zero judgment on your down dog.

Bring your best friend, roll out two mats, and stretch it out together.

🖤Moo & Move - Thursday, Sept 24 @ 6:00 PM at Black Rock Farm

Golden hour on the farm with a very relaxed herd. Come for the cows, stay for the sunset savasana.

This summer has gone by so fast. This morning was my last taught Goat Yoga class of the summer season with Goat for the Soul. Beautiful weather, sweet goats, and a great group, hard to beat.

Followed it up with a wine tasting at Links Bridge Vineyards, right on the Monocacy River, on an absolutely perfect afternoon.

A bit of history: Links Bridge Vineyards sits near Utica, Maryland, just north of Frederick. Owners Joan Cartier and Robert Thompson bought the land in 2003 and planted their first cabernet franc vines in 2009. What started as a one-acre vineyard selling grapes to Old Westminster Winery has grown into a full working farm winery, they took home Best in Class for Red Wine and Best in Class for Off-Dry Wine at the 2022 Maryland Governor’s Cup. Down by the river, you can still see remnants of the original Old Links Bridge that gave the vineyard its name.

32 amazing humans showed up for Pups & Poses at Rockwell Brewery Riverside/ Rockwell Brewery!

Together, we raised $510 for PetConnect Rescue, and their generous team is re-donating that amount to Clear the Shelters, doubling the impact to an incredible $1,020!

We are so grateful to everyone who rolled out a mat, snuggled some pups, and supported rescue animals in our community.

After the last event, we donated $1,200 to Operation Paws for Homes. Thank you to everyone who came out and made that possible!

This time, we're pouring our support into PetConnect Rescue Founded in 2005 in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, PetConnect Rescue works to save the lives of abandoned dogs and cats and place them in loving, permanent homes, responding daily to urgent pleas to rescue animals slated for euthanasia from overextended shelters across Maryland and the southern states. Every mat and mimosa this month helps support that work!

This class will fill up fast, so be sure to grab your spot early; we can't wait to do it all again with you (and more puppies).
