We had a beautiful day in a beautiful setting so we decided to have a hit parade for one inning. Not every hit is a bomb, but when you and put the Warstic on the ball, good things tend to happen. Our fence mount was on it's last leg, but here are most of the hits and runs scored.

At Team Warstic we respect Warriors and today we met one named Keaton. Gunnar hit an absolute bullet back to the pitcher and tagged him in the shoulder.

He may have gone down, but he got back up. The whole team was out of the dugout on their knees, and Gunnar gave him his props when he got up. Not only did he continue pitching, but he struck out the next hitter to strand 2 runners

More goals have been met. Last week Gunnar told me that he wanted to hit for the cycle in a game. I told him to start with a tournament since we don't see a lot of 4 AB games. He set that as his goal and delivered over Mother's Day. For the weekend he was 10 for 14 with 5 singles, 1 double, 2 triples and a 2 homer game. Not a bad little weekend. Whenever coach books a tournament on Mother's Day, we have to play our best and we have to show our appreciation for the ladies who help make this possible. Nothing like getting to the Championship game in our first tournament. We took 2nd and it was a hard fought game. Super proud of these guys and I think they delivered for their Mom's. Way to boys.

Super excited for Liam. One of his goals was to get his 2nd grand slam this year. He warmed up with a solo shot down the LF line and on his next at bat the team had the bases loaded for him. Crushing baseballs and goals, can't beat it. Warstic
