I have been one busy little cook. Last evening was chorizo soup. Joe claims it is my best soup yet! Today is tailgate prep. Pumpkin cookies, coconut chocolate chip bars and just for my hubby, Joe Erdman , biscochitos. These are the New Mexico state cookie. Joe and Marcia Fitch said I did good!

We had alot of tomatoes this year so, roasted tomato soup it is. Served with grilled cheese sandwiches made with smoked gouda and aged goat cheese from Belgium on fresh Sourdough. Soup recipe is in comments since I was asked last time. Enjoy!
