I actually did the math before posting this and it’s even more by 25 but you get the point. Still worth every dollar.

Core idea: figure out how you’re going to get customers and how much it’ll cost you before you spend a dollar on anything else.

And this doesn’t mean product doesn’t matter. Product and brand are everything when it comes to loyalty and retention. I’m an engineer at heart, so I obsess over how things are made and where the value comes from. The point is order of operations. Demand equation first, then pour everything else.
