Huge shoutout to Freddy and the team from American Revolution for rolling through the Kaizen Kombat Academy open mat. Nothing but high-level work and respect during those kickboxing sparring rounds. We appreciate the work and look forward to keeping this momentum going as often as possible.

Tomorrow we are right back to business. Regular gym schedule is in full effect—see y’all on the mats to get your work in!

No excuses on Memorial Day. 🇺🇸⚔️
We are opening up the mats this Monday for a special holiday block. No formal classes, no structured instruction—just pure work. Pull up, clock your rounds, and clear the mental slate.
Memorial Day Schedule:
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Open Mat (Sparring • Grappling • MMA)
❌ 5:30 PM Bag Class is CANCELLED
❌ 6:30 PM Jiu Jitsu Instruction is CANCELLED
The facility is open, the space is ready, and the standard doesn’t take a day off. Come in, stay sharp, and get your work in. Hope to see y’all on the mats.

We have optimized the training block to make sure you get the high-level work you need. Pull up, put the effort in, and let’s level up.
Take note of the slight adjustments to the Friday slots to optimize the grind heading into the weekend.

5:30 PM – 6:20 PM | Youth Kickboxing

6:30 PM – 7:30 PM | Jiu Jitsu (Check the updated Friday slot)

Tues / Thurs
5:30 PM – 6:20 PM | Youth Jiu Jitsu

7:30 PM – 8:30 PM | Kickboxing Fundamentals
Friday Only

Official weigh-ins for the Lonestar Submission Series: Last Man Standing are happening tonight at Kaizen Kombat Academy.

This is where the work becomes real.

We are “Rolling for a Reason.” Every athlete stepping on that scale is helping bridge the gap for at-risk youth in our city.

We’re competing for more than medals—we’re competing to change lives.
