Huge shoutout to Freddy and the team from American Revolution for rolling through the Kaizen Kombat Academy open mat. Nothing but high-level work and respect during those kickboxing sparring rounds. We appreciate the work and look forward to keeping this momentum going as often as possible.

No excuses on Memorial Day. 🇺🇸⚔️
We are opening up the mats this Monday for a special holiday block. No formal classes, no structured instruction—just pure work. Pull up, clock your rounds, and clear the mental slate.
Memorial Day Schedule:
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Open Mat (Sparring • Grappling • MMA)
❌ 5:30 PM Bag Class is CANCELLED
❌ 6:30 PM Jiu Jitsu Instruction is CANCELLED
The facility is open, the space is ready, and the standard doesn’t take a day off. Come in, stay sharp, and get your work in. Hope to see y’all on the mats.

We have optimized the training block to make sure you get the high-level work you need. Pull up, put the effort in, and let’s level up.
Take note of the slight adjustments to the Friday slots to optimize the grind heading into the weekend.
