Our friend Jennifer has officially crushed all five years of the RAD Races and she brought the bling to prove it! 🏅👏 We’re so inspired by her dedication and love seeing runners come back year after year to be part of the fun.

Now we have to ask… is there anyone else is in this exclusive five-time finisher club? 👀

Big things happened at the RAD Half Marathon & 10K presented by Hunter Subaru!

Three course records fell, with Noah Allison setting a new Half Marathon record (1:11:03), James Quattlebaum breaking the 10K record (29:46), and Kelsey Harrington establishing a new women's 10K record (35:22). Incredible performances all around!

We also celebrated a fantastic group of new Appalachian Trilogy Finishers. They’ve completed three half marathons in just over three months! This takes dedication, grit, and consistency, and we're proud of every runner who earned their series medal!

Congratulations to all who made race day one to remember! 👏

The temperatures were 🔥, but the energy was even HOTTER!
You all showed up, dug deep, encouraged each other, dumped cups of water over your heads, chased PRs, changed goals, high-fived strangers, and refused to quit. 💪

The RAD Half Marathon & 10K presented by Hunter Subaru wasn't about perfect conditions...it was about grit, community, and proving that this running family can handle just about anything.

A BIG congratulations to everyone who crossed the finish line today! And to all the runners that finished all three events in the Appalachian Trilogy this weekend. 🏅 What an incredible accomplishment!!! 👏

And because events like this take a village, thank you to the City of Asheville, our law enforcement, medical teams, course marshals, and the amazing volunteers who worked behind the scenes to keep everyone safe. And to all of this weekend’s race sponsors and vendors, thank you 🙏.

Thank you to Hi-Wire Brewing for hosting another epic post-race celebration 🍻 and to everyone who helped us support the RADA Foundation.

Rest up, recover well, and wear those medals proudly. You earned them.

🎨 Start with the RAD Shakeout Run & Studio Stroll

Join fellow runners for an easy shakeout run, followed by a stroll through the River Arts District. It's a fun way to connect with the community, loosen up your legs, and experience the creative spirit that makes this race unique.

🕐 Saturday, June 13 | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Pick up your race bib, visit our vendors and sponsors, meet local artisans, and get everything you need for race day. Still haven't registered to run? There are still spots available!

We don't just run through the River Arts District. We run for it.

This weekend, every mile of the RAD Half Marathon & 10K presented by Hunter Subaru helps support the RADA Foundation and its mission to strengthen and sustain Asheville's creative community.

The RADA Foundation team will be at the Artisan Market during race packet pickup, so be sure to stop by, say hello, and learn more about the incredible work they do to support the artists and businesses that make the River Arts District so special.

And don't forget the Shakeout Run on Saturday, led by Carol Spags Photography, one of RADA's incredibly talented artists! Meet us at The Radical Hotel on Saturday at 11:30 AM for a fun and social start to race weekend.
