All we ask is a for donation of any kind which 100% will be given to the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County. We will start with some coffee (by Evergreen Coffee Shop of Downingtown) and conversation discussing self defense scenarios. And then straight to training!

🥋🎅🎄This past Friday was a special night. We had our 27th Annual Holiday Party. A huge CONGRATS to Master Stewart on receiving his 4th Degree Black Belt, to Mr. Seamus for receiving the Black Belt of the year, to the others for receiving the Special Recognition Awards and Student of the Year. Following the awards the awards presentation was a super fun obstacle course outside in the freezing cold. But the fire pit, hot chocolate and s’mores kept us warm. And the night ended with good old St. Nick stopping by to wish all a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
