Kinetic Train is launching Freedom Barbell classes at USTC on the Mezzanine starting next Tuesday, May 21st! ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ Join us every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 9 AM for a powerful session of lifting and empowerment! ๐Ÿ’ฅ

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ **Class Details:**
- Duration: 1 - 1.25 hours
- Lifting "cycles" of 8, 12, or 16 weeks
- Test your limits at the end of each cycle with 1 RM, 3 RM, etc.
- All equipment provided (weights, barbells, racks)
- Bring your own water and accessories (lifting belts, shoes, wrist wraps)

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ **Who is this for?**
EVERYONE! ๐ŸŒŸ From teens to 70s, all are welcome. Just ensure you're cleared for exercise. Expect to master barbell movements like squat, bench, and deadlift.

๐Ÿ‘Š๐ŸฝFrom the moment you stepped into the Lab, you demonstrated a warrior mentality unlike any other. You showed up not just physically, but mentally prepared to give it your all, day in and day out.
