It's been exactly 18 months since I last (physically) taught at 24 Hour Fitness and I cannot wait to be reunited with you all. Living in a world with tons of "social media life" posts versus "real life," I really like the quote by Les Brown. Especially working from home, many are expected to have more time to improve on skills, master that banana nut bread recipe, grow and maintain a greenhouse, and the best of all - lose weight and become healthy. We all seem to forget (some folks I know) that we are going through a pandemic. Now is the time to stay safe, stay sane, and maintain our health. So forget about someone else's opinion and do you... BE YOU!

I hope everyone had a relaxing, long weekend - for those who had yesterday off. It's inauguration week so a lot of excitement is in the air. (Regardless of your political views, it's an exciting time!) Please note that this week, we are meeting at 7:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday, and regular 9am class on Saturday. All cardio classes are 45 minutes and they are FREE! It's a way for me to give back during these challenging times.

I know most of us cannot wait until year 2021 gets here, but let's close 2020 with a bang. I am continuing to offer free virtual cardio classes, but with a bonus - an ab workout! 💃 The format will be 30-minute dance cardio, followed by a 12-minute ab workout. So grab your workout shoes and mat (or towel), practice physical distancing and log on as we build our immune system!
