2nd day back at the gym, 2nd day of dieting. Having a job where I was working long hours driving a lot definitely took its toll. My son had to drag me back to the gym cuz I was too lazy. What’s crazy is the gym is where I feel the best. I genuinely enjoy lifting weights. Either way, this is our sweaty pic.

Asking for some positive vibes sent towards my lovely wife . She had to spend Mother’s Day weekend stuck in a hospital and today she’s having surgery. It’s only minor and she will be fine real soon it any love sent her way would be very appreciated. Thanks

went to NHC a couple weeks ago to work on some new gear I m trying to learn for for some video work but was able to catch a few shots as well. I’ll be dropping some more of these this week. Hopefully some video out asap! Thank you for the invite!
