This custom practice facility offers five cages for individual and team training. The facility also offers an academic resource center and an open area for strength/plyometric training. Specific one and two hour team training (hitting and strength/fitness) programs available. Private instruction in all areas of baseball/softball and sport-specific fitness offered.
