Small team. BIG results! 🏁🥋🏁

This year we brought just 5 kids to JJ CON, and every single one of them medaled against some of the best young competitors in the game.

If there’s one thing that sums up this entire experience, it’s this: trust the process.

A huge thank you goes to the parents of these warriors who bring them to practice day after day, understanding that there are no shortcuts. Every lesson has to be learned eventually, and sometimes those lessons come the hard way. Through the wins, the losses, the frustration, and the breakthroughs, we’ll always be here motivating these kids and pushing forward with all our hearts and minds. We are steadfast in our determination to help these kids discover the greatness within themselves. Congratulations to all of our competitors, and a special thank you to every training partner who endured a relentless summer of hard work alongside them. Take pride in knowing that YOU helped your teammates achieve extraordinary results this weekend.

No age is too old to join the fun. Somewhere along the way, being an adult became a lot of work and not nearly enough play. Jiu-Jitsu changes that.

You get to learn something new, challenge yourself, make friends, laugh and leave class feeling like you actually did something for you.

You don’t need to be 20 years old, in amazing shape, or have any experience. Some of our favorite students started in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond.

So if you’ve been watching from the sidelines thinking “I’m too old to start.” You’re not. You might just be old enough to finally understand how badly you need something this fun.
