At Gracie Barra, we believe Jiu-Jitsu is more than a martial art — it is a way to bring families closer. Every month, our Parents & Kids Class creates a special opportunity for parents and children to step onto the mats together, share experiences, learn, laugh, and grow as a family.

These moments strengthen family bonds, build confidence, discipline, and mutual respect, while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. We are proud to create an environment where families can train together, support one another, and build memories that go far beyond the mats. This is Jiu-Jitsu for everyone. This is family. This is Gracie Barra.

The Gracie Barra uniform represents much more than just a gi. It symbolizes unity, pride, discipline, and the honor of belonging to a team that shares the same values and passion for Jiu-Jitsu.

Wearing the Gracie Barra uniform means representing something bigger than yourself. It means being part of the largest Jiu-Jitsu team in the world, carrying our legacy, embracing our principles, and strengthening the bond that unites us on and off the mats. One Team. One Family. One Jiu-Jitsu. 🔺

GRACIE BARRA IS FAMILY.

Jiu-Jitsu is more than a martial art. It is an opportunity to grow together.

For families, training at Gracie Barra means sharing experiences, overcoming challenges, learning discipline, building confidence, and creating memories that go far beyond the mats. When parents and children train together, the academy becomes a place where family bonds can become stronger through a shared journey.

A Gracie Barra school is more than a place to practice Jiu-Jitsu. It is a space where families connect, support one another, and grow together — one class, one challenge, and one achievement at a time.

Gracie Barra — Jiu-Jitsu for everyone. Jiu-Jitsu for life.
