The National Sporting Goods Association (NSGA) has announced the appointment of Brad Hause to its Board of Directors for a three-year term as an At-Large member.

Hause serves as the President of Sports Distributors of Canada (SDC) / Source for Sports. His professional background includes 15 years of leadership at SDC, where he has managed expansion into the United States market and overseen the development of e-commerce and digital platforms for independent retailers. Additionally, his industry experience extends to a current role as Chairman of the Canadian Sporting Goods Association (CSGA).

Hause's appointment brings valuable cross-border retail and digital commerce expertise to the NSGA Board as the organization continues its work supporting the sporting goods industry across North America.

The Sporting Goods Industry Hall of Fame Dinner and Induction Ceremony honored four outstanding leaders whose contributions have helped shape the industry we know today: Sam Barcelona Jr. of Barcelona Sporting Goods, Tim Boyle of Columbia Sportswear Company, Mort Finkelstein of MC Sporting Goods, and Scott Hedrick of Pro Athlete Inc..

Their leadership, innovation and commitment to the industry were recognized among peers, partners and colleagues during a memorable evening of reflection and celebration.
