馬會於2023年推出「賽馬會優秀運動員獎勵計劃」，肯定一眾運動員所付出的努力和汗水。馬會今年更公佈將加大計劃獎金，金額較上屆東京奧運會增加兩成。

在「賽馬會優秀運動員獎勵計劃」下，2024巴黎奧運會奪得個人項目金牌運動員，可獲獎金600萬港元，而銀牌、銅牌或進入前8名的運動員，亦可獲37.5萬至300萬港元現金獎勵，肯定一眾運動員所付出的努力和汗水。

The Club launched the three-year Jockey Club Athlete Incentive Awards Scheme (“JCAIAS”) in 2023 to provide cash incentives to Hong Kong, China medallists. This year, the Club has increased JCAIAS cash incentives by 20% for both team and individual awards compared to the previous Olympic Games in Tokyo.

Under the Jockey Club Athlete Incentive Awards Scheme, athletes who win individual event gold medals at the 2024 Paris Olympics can receive cash incentives of HK$6 million. Athletes who win silver or bronze medals, or place in the top 8, can also receive cash incentives ranging from HK$375,000 to HK$3 million, recognising the dedication and commitment of Hong Kong, China athletes.
