THIS is why I’m always talking about building BIG meals 👏

So many women are trying to “be good” all day by eating tiny meals…

…and then end up:
✨ snacking all night
✨ craving sweets
✨ grazing
✨ feeling out of control around food later

A big, balanced meal with:
✔ protein
✔ carbs
✔ healthy fats
✔ volume/fiber

…keeps you fuller WAY longer and makes consistency so much easier.

This is one of the biggest mindset shifts:
You do not need to eat as little as possible to lose fat.

You need meals that actually satisfy you so you can stop feeling snacky all day 🤍

Today was supposed to be a 45-minute nutrition talk at … and we ended up talking for almost 2 hours 🥹💛

We talked about:
✨ sustainable fat loss
✨ protein & building meals
✨ hormones/perimenopause
✨ consistency over perfection
✨ how to stop “starting over Monday”
✨ creating habits that actually fit into REAL life

I left feeling so energized and inspired by all of the conversations.

This is exactly why “healthy” doesn’t always mean fat-loss friendly.

This Trader Joe’s salad looks like a great grab-and-go option…
but the full container comes out to 455 calories with only 17.5g protein.

That’s not bad — it’s just probably not going to keep you full for long.

So instead of skipping it, I made one quick fix:

→ removed most of the walnuts
→ added 4 oz pre-cooked chicken breast

Now it’s:

✔ lower calorie
✔ nearly double the protein
✔ way more filling
✔ still just as easy

That’s the goal.

You do not need to stop buying convenience foods.
You just need to build them better.

This is one of the easiest ways to make fat loss feel realistic.
