So many women are trying to “be good” all day by eating tiny meals…
…and then end up:
✨ snacking all night
✨ craving sweets
✨ grazing
✨ feeling out of control around food later
A big, balanced meal with:
✔ protein
✔ carbs
✔ healthy fats
✔ volume/fiber
…keeps you fuller WAY longer and makes consistency so much easier.
This is one of the biggest mindset shifts:
You do not need to eat as little as possible to lose fat.
You need meals that actually satisfy you so you can stop feeling snacky all day 🤍
