1st week of practice for the season is complete. We’ve only had 4 runners show up so far. Let’s see some new faces come out and run this week.

Reminder! Practice starts Monday June 19th at 6:30. These practices are optional but highly recommended. We will meet in the rear parking lot of the middle school.

It's that time of year again. We will be having a short Cross Country meeting at the high school on Friday May 26th right after school (2:15pm) for all current 9th - 11th grade runners. We will also be having a meeting for incoming freshmen at the middle school on Thursday May 25th right after school (2:25pm).

Official practices start Monday 6:30pm at the middle school. You must have your physical and signed the concussion form and player code of conduct form on PlanetHS to practice.

The Dowagiac All Trail Turkey Trot is on Sunday November 21, 2021. It includes the following events: 10K Run/Walk, 5K Run/Walk, and 1K Kid's Run.

Well- that’s a wrap! So glad I had the opportunity to come back from retirement for one more season with these student-athletes! Cross Country runners are the best of the best.
