🏆 State Tournament Recap & Championship Sunday 🥎💚🖤

What a weekend for the Dover Attack!

The girls finished 2-1 in State Tournament play, earning hard-fought victories over Londonderry White and the Salem Blue Devils. Every player contributed, battled through challenges, and showed tremendous growth throughout the tournament.

Most importantly, these girls worked until the very last out. They never quit, supported one another, and played with the heart, determination, and grit that defines Dover Attack softball.

Now, the journey continues!

These girls have worked hard all season, battled through challenges, and grown together as a team. Now it’s time to leave it all on the field and show what Dover Attack softball is all about.

💚🥎 DOVER 8U ATTACK TAKES THE FIELD THIS WEEKEND! 🥎💚

This weekend, these amazing girls will represent Dover at the Babe Ruth State Tournament in Barrington, NH!

After a season filled with hard work, determination, teamwork, and growth, they will have the opportunity to compete against some of the best teams in the state. We couldn’t be more proud of how far they’ve come!

🥎 10U Dover Attack White – Summer Classic Recap 🥎

The Summer Classic tested this team in every way possible. Faced with tough competition, adversity, and hard-fought battles throughout the weekend, the girls continued to show resilience and determination. No matter the outcome, they never stopped competing, never stopped supporting one another, and never let their heads hang. Their effort, attitude, and heart were on full display from the first game to the last.

The Summer Classic wasn’t just about wins and losses—it was about growth, resilience, and learning what it takes to compete at a high level. Every inning, every at-bat, and every defensive play added to the experience that will help shape this team moving forward.

We are proud of the grit, determination, and heart these athletes displayed all weekend long. The lessons learned today will become the foundation for future success tomorrow.

Keep your heads high, girls. This is only part of the journey. We’ll take what we’ve learned, get back to work, and come back stronger next time.

💚🥎 10U DOVER ATTACK GREEN – SLAMMER CLASSIC TOURNAMENT RECAP 🥎💚

Another tournament in the books for the 10U Dover Attack Green, and despite some challenges, these girls never stopped battling.

☀️ We were fortunate to have beautiful weather all weekend at Roger Allen Park and the opportunity to compete against some talented teams.

🥎 Game 1 – Loss vs. Slammers
🥎 Game 2 – 9-3 WIN vs. Londonderry 💚
🥎 Game 3 – Loss vs. Litchfield

Championship Sunday
🥎 Elimination Game – Loss vs. Litchfield

This weekend brought some adversity. We were without one of our key players behind the plate—a catcher who controls the game, limits opponents’ opportunities, and provides a strong presence in the lineup. Despite that challenge, these girls rallied together, stepped into new roles, and continued to compete with determination and heart.

The final scores don’t tell the whole story. This team fought hard, made some tough plays, supported one another, and added another win to the season. Every inning provided valuable experience against strong competition and helped us identify areas where we can continue to improve.

Most importantly, the girls had fun, stayed positive, and never stopped encouraging each other. That’s what makes this group special.

We’re proud of the effort, proud of the resilience, and excited for what’s ahead. We know what we need to work on, and we’ll be back next weekend ready to compete and chase more wins.

This morning’s 8:00 AM game didn’t end the way we hoped, and the loss stings because these girls left everything they had on the field.

Softball can be a tough game. Sometimes the ball doesn’t bounce your way, a play doesn’t go as planned, or a few breaks make the difference. But one game does not define this team.

What defines the Dover Attack is the heart, determination, and fight these girls show every single time they step between the lines. They battled until the final out, supported one another, and never quit.

Heads up, ladies. We don’t hang our heads after a tough loss. We learn from it, grow from it, and come back even stronger. Every challenge is another opportunity to get better.

We’re proud of the effort, the teamwork, and the resilience shown today. Now it’s time to regroup, keep working, and get ready to attack next weekend with the same passion and grit that got us here.

The future is bright for this group, and this is just one chapter of the journey.

What a day for our Dover Attack 8U girls!

Despite being down a few players this weekend, these athletes have continued to battle with heart, grit, and determination. The Attack have finished strong over their last three games, proving that hard work, teamwork, and toughness can overcome any challenge.

Every player has stepped up, played strong in their positions, and given everything they have for their teammates. From clutch hits and aggressive base running to tough defensive plays, these girls have left it all on the field.

Now, after a strong finish of pool play, Dover Attack is heading into Sunday action with momentum and confidence!

We couldn’t be prouder of the effort, resilience, and team-first attitude these girls have shown all weekend long. They may be short-handed, but they have played tough, played gritty, and represented Dover Attack with pride.

After a huge team victory, we want to recognize three players who made a big impact on both sides of the ball!

Lily came ready to swing and delivered hard hits throughout the game. Her aggressive approach at the plate helped keep the Dover Attack offense rolling and put pressure on the defense all game long.

🔥 Julia Angrisano #17
Julia attacked the ball with confidence and determination every chance she got. Her hustle, energy, and fearless play helped spark the team and showed exactly what Attack softball is all about.

🔥 Hadley Snook #2
Hadley put together an outstanding performance, highlighted by a heads-up slide into a tight play at second base and solid hits driven into center field. Her grit and aggressive base running helped create opportunities for the Attack offense.

A complete team effort led Dover Attack to a commanding 15-5 victory over the Lamprey River Rebels. The girls were aggressive on the bases, delivered clutch hits throughout the lineup, and made key defensive plays to keep the momentum on their side all game long.
