Active search in Dover right now, based on a good lead. Seen at 5 pm in woods off 107-119 Centre Street (Rice Conservation Area). He may now be searching for safety, food, & his owner in people's yards, so we really want to get the word out in Dover. If you know people in Dover, please tell them to look for Paco.
