Our classes opened our eyes to the benefits of an uplifting, fun, and positive community. We didn’t want to limit it to the people we could reach locally.

Members of our gym who have Parkinson’s are experiencing different stages of their disease, but they have many things in common -- they want to connect with each other, they want to have fun, and they want to work on fighting their disease together. We know there are many people who can’t attend our classes, and we want to reach you too.
