It's with a heavy heart I announce the closing of Valkyrie. It has been an honor and one of the most rewarding times of my life. My health has not been good and it's time I turn the page and look after myself for a while.

I'm keeping the gym open till the end of this month just to give people time to find new "homes".

I'd like to thank all my students past and present for being such an amazing group of people. I will definitely miss all the fun we have had.

There is a slight chance some of the other coaches might be able to take over if that happens there will be a post about it.

Thanks again everyone! I'm off to fight a different kind of fight. See you all soon.
