One of my last memories living in Georgia, it’s stuff like this That makes me happy I walked out of my full time job 2 years ago and started doing soccer training full time. I couldn’t be any more proud of how good these girls played today. Thank you for inviting me ladies, Y’all played incredibly, especially you .justicee 😂

Why is it that we can find time for social events, we go to six flags for half the day, binge watch Netflix videos, go walk around the mall for hours or be on the phone or FaceTime for hours a day but can’t find time to train. The same people that are on social media saying “bored, who wants to make plans” or “what’s the move” are the same people that can’t find an hour or two out of the week to come train.
If you can’t find a few hours to train then this sport isn’t a priority to you and my logic is if something isn’t a priority why do it? Why waste the time to be half invested in something? Either go all in or don’t invest time into it. That goes for any path in life.

One of my favorite methods of shooting is the curved shot. You lose a bit of power but there much more accurate than a lace shot and can be used to bend the ball away from the keeper and around defenders.
-
With this shot you want to hit the very side of the all instead of the middle like you would with a lace shot. You do this to create spin on the ball. The more the more the ball spins the more it will curve and bend. This means the harder you shoot the move it will curve.

Here I have 9 year old Maddie learning this technique.

Learn this skill and you will have a sure fire way to score more goals especially from weird angels and distance.

this was a month after doing speed and agility training with me during our lessons. You were blazing your club team 😂

Kids, Speed kills. I try to incorporate at least 10-15 mins of speed work in my drills when I work with someone and this is why.

I preach about hard work and going the extra mile but today’s video is going to be just the opposite. No music, no editing. Just a clip of enjoying practice and a bit of messing around. Sometimes you just have to have fun and laugh. This was during a water break it wasn’t enough to nut meg me twice also tried to do a bicycle kick on me too 😂

Step 1️⃣ approach the ball and do a ball roll (drag the ball towards your body)
360 spin and use the bottom of your foot to exit to the side🔥⚽️
and .25 I got a new trick for y’all to try out 🙏🏼

Attention everyone, to anyone who can do this skill and send me a video of it I’ll post you on my story

Rules are: It must be decent quality and you must record in landscape view for me to post it (Hold your phone sideways when recording)

LEARN THIS SKILL MOVE
Start with a standing ball once your comfortable you can try dribbling and then executing the move while on the move.
Step one, do a ball roll. After that with the same foot do a step over, then pull the ball back with your other foot and exit to one side🔥

If You’re an athlete chances are you have at least seen Someone do a ladder drill. YOU MAY HAVE BEEN MISLEAD

First off the name itself is misleading. Some call it a speed ladder, others call it an agility ladder. This ladder and it’s drills do NOT make you faster OR more agile. Does that mean it doesn’t have a place in your training regiment absolutely not❗️when used correctly the speed ladder does have it benefits

It’s a great way to warm the body and mind up, it does help you have faster feet which makes you terrifying to defenders and It helps you control your feet + helps with your foot eye coordination which will help you be all around better athlete

FUN FACT: The red white and blue in my logo represent the U.S. a lot of you don’t know this but I have a Good bit of German in me and my favorite style of play is the way the Germans play. Originally the logo colors were going to be the German flag colors. But I realize that America lacks when it comes to technical soccer, so I kept it America themed and now I’m on a mission to produce nothing but technical players. My goal is to work with players and give them the attention they aren’t getting on their club or school teams plus also be a guide to take their game to the highest level possible🔥⚽️ @ Douglasville, Georgia
