When I say hard work is paying off!!!!

Today was full upper body day with a little of cardio. I’m so in love with HER (ME) right now. She’s strong, focused,consistent, mind driven, go getter and most of all dedicated. I owe all this progress to god because without him I couldn’t go on.

This is a lifestyle y’all. This will never happen over night. Just put in the work, be consistent, have a better mind set and most of all please please be patient with your process.

Happy glute Monday!
Today was all about them glutes and boy there on fire 🔥. Sorry for the look y’all lol 😂 but when you work 12 hours nights and manage to go to the gym after work. Yeah I’m tired 🥱 boss but I had to get them glutes in this morning. So on that note never miss glutes Monday!!!!

Start when you’re ready. This isn’t a race it’s a journey, it’s a commitment to change your mind set.

So the pic on the right was where i started and the pic on the left is where I am today.This journey didn’t happen over night. This journey was hard sweat 😓,tears and days I wanted to give up. And i have no regrets!!!!
