We are excited for our annual Murph Challenge this Memorial Day at Sweetwater Fitness 🇺🇸

Join us as we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice serving our country, while pushing ourselves with purpose alongside our community. Heat times begin at 6:00 AM & 9:00 AM, and everyone is welcome.

We’re also excited to have local photographer and ALX Class of 2026 graduate .da.moment with us from 7:30–10:00 AM capturing action shots, family/friend photos, and Murph memories throughout the morning. Photos are $15 per person, and participants who want photos taken will be marked beforehand.

Come sweat, remember, and honor with us. ❤️🇺🇸💙

Sweetwater Fitness wants to congratulate our January Monthly Challenge winner, Mike! By putting in extra work every time he came into the gym, he was able to complete 100 Back Squats at 60% of his Max. Outstanding Job Mike!
