trained a little today. The whole asthma thing has me a bit freaked out. Made it around the circuit twice before wheezing my way to the desk to hit the inhaler. You know I hate this. I want so badly to just cut loose and push but I know better, wouldn't turn out well for me...LOL I hate turning blue I look like a giant blueberry. Not my best color.

The freaky Ks weather has kicked up my asthma. Something I haven't really had a problem with in years. When did inhalers go up to dang near 70 dollars???? Wow well breathing is not optional. lol

I know been gone awhile but trying to get through the last semester and a half of school woo hoo almost done. I will try and keep up more often. Loves ya all stick with me and I'll make it.

All right ppl I lost 12 pounds is 3 days. Not in a good way. Yes I was sick all weekend. UGH. Better now, thank goodness. Went to the little store up the road and had the lady ask if my arm tattoos were real...umm well I almost said that I liked to write on myself , but that would have been the old me. She liked the "Speak the Truth" but didn't know what "Acta Non Verba" ment. Action not Words. That made her smile so it's all good. Love and Blessings
