Here’s a great look at Lilly’s swing before and after!

In her before swing, she gets a little too aggressive during the transition, causing her to lose her balance in the downswing. In the after swing, you can see her start the downswing with her body, creating a much smoother and more balanced move into the ball.

20 years.

20 years ago, we were just 21 years old in Haditha, Iraq.

On September 1, 2006, my brother Michael was shot by a sniper—an injury that would leave him paralyzed and forever change the course of his life.

Today, 20 years later, Michael is the President and CEO of the nonprofit he and his father started. To see what they have built, the lives they have touched, and the difference this organization continues to make is truly awe-inspiring.

I knew Michael then, as a 21-year-old Marine and my brother beside me in Iraq. To see the man, leader, and example he has become over these last 20 years is something that is hard to put into words.

Michael, thank you.

Thank you for your friendship. Thank you for your strength. Thank you for the example you continue to set for so many people.

And most of all, thank you for everything, brother.

20 years later, you’re still making a difference. Semper Fi. 🇺🇸

🔥♥️🏐DPA goes 2-0!!!🏐♥️🔥

Last night was about more than just 2 WINS… it was about GRIT, HEART & FIGHT! 🐺🏐❤️‍🔥

We started the night with a 2-0 win over South Dale (25-20, 25-8), then faced some adversity against Wicksburg. After dropping that first set, these girls could’ve folded — but instead, they locked in, fought back, and finished the job to win 2-1 (13-25, 25-19, 15-9)! 💪🏾🔥

That comeback showed me so much about this team. We’re learning how to respond when things don’t go our way, how to stay together, and how to keep fighting until the VERY LAST POINT. ♥️

And THENNNN… I tried to give them the day off today and they STILLLLL wanted to practice! 😂😂🤦🏾‍♀️ Gotta love them! That hunger to get better speaks volumes about this group.

Proud is an understatement. We’re not perfect, but we’re growing, battling, and getting better together.
