I want to give a HUGE shout out to 2 of my friends at BBS Dothan.... Brian Richards and Paul Wiliams!! These 2 men have lost over 350 lbs combined...without GLP 1 or other!!
They dont run around, jump up and down etc, no classes at BBS Dothan. We arent considered a "weight loss" gym...but a great, super clean, extremely well equipped, old school feel, REAL GYM where members come to train, not hangout!!
To be honest I have seen Brian on the treadmill a handful of times for maybe 15-20 mins and Paul couldn't turn one on if I asked him to. These guys did not have a personal trainer, they have discipline, dedication and they enjoy our gym atmosphere. Brian usually has Hudson, his 16 yr old and you can ALWAYS find them at Bible Study at 6 PM on Mondays at BBS and at The Ark on Monday AM at 7 helping with a class...ALWAYS!Brian doesnt miss! Paul has an amazing story of some former health issues and after a couple of years decided to walk away from the meds and take control of his own health (not bashing Dr's here just telling the truth)!
Just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS to these 2 AMAZING guys...love you both and have totally enjoyed seeing you both get healthy and stay healthy!!! THIS is exactly what gyms were designed for originally!!
