Southeast Health Fitness is opened up to the public! Our facility has Group Exercise Classes, full weight room with free weights up to 120lbs, wide range of cardio machines, towels provided, tracking and weight loss programs, professionally cleaned bathrooms with showers, changing rooms, and lockers, Silver Sneakers approved, and much much more!

edical Center: $10.00 a pay period. Non-Employees: $30.00 a month. Family of Two: $53.00 a month
Family of Three: $75.00 a month
Local Students: $15 a month

Day Pass: $5.00

A common question we have discussed is, "How much water should I drink? Is a gallon of water a day really necessary?"

The answer may surprise you. Several factors affect how much water is needed per day such as where you live, the season, how active you are, your diet, and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, men need 125 ounces and women 91 ounces.

If you're like me, you probably need to up your H2O intake. Drink up!!
