The masterpiece competition is a friendly completion between all of the crafters and artisans at the faire and it requires the votes of the patrons!. Here’s a professional photo of yesterday’s post, a beautiful feather pattern with 416 stainless fitting and an oak burl handle!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better fighter when I forged this billet and the customer was very pleased with it. Come check out our wares at the this weekend for some of our other pieces. Just received this photo from one of my absolute favorite customers and I have to say he took a stunning photo!!!! This customer recently purchased this piece at the southern ca ren faire and I’m glad it went to him!!!! Catch us next weekend at the soco renfaire and see some of our wonderful wares!

It’s not often i work monosteel for fun but here it is!!! The Last blade of 2025, this is a single edge dagger with a false edge on 1/3 of the blade. The blade is forged from 5160 spring steel and the fittings are 316 stainless steel. This blade is up for grabs if anyone is looking for a last min Xmas gift that you ddnt get to pick up before at one of my ren faires!!!! Pm me for pricing.

Last but certainly not least is the final piece that I took to bladeshow west!!!! I present to all of you one of the only pieces I have ever named and it is named( EXTINCTION ) This was probably one of if not the hardest patterns I’ve ever forged. I did my absolute best to attempt to forge in a helix mosaic pattern to look as close as I could get it to a strand of DNA. This is a take down fighter knife. The fittings are all made from blackened brass. The handle itself is a from a piece of mammoth tusk. Truly one of the absolute best looking fighter knife’s I’ve ever made and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!!!! Another round of applause for for capturing this beautiful piece

This was another keyhole integral that I took to blade show west and I have to say, it’s one of my favorites so far!!!! The blade is forged from feather pattern Damascus and the handle is made from mammoth tusk ivory!!! Big shoutout to for taking this beautiful photo for me I highly recommend her services to anyone who needs professional photos of there art taken.

I have always loved a challenge and keyhole integrals are my new hyperfixation!!!! A beautiful keyhole integral I forged for bladeshow west!!! This piece sold at bladeshow west in slc UT and I couldn’t have asked for it to go to a better home. I also want to thank for taking this stunning photo and many more to come. Not all has been lost!!!!!! Before the trailer was stolen, I needed to bring home a few pieces for just a little bit of cleanup work(Washington is humid iykyk) these three pieces of art are the only product left from all three booths (LUNAR MAKES, BUILD A HAT WORKSHOP and of course BELMONT BLADEWORKS) in an attempt to recoup what all THREE BOOTHS LOST, I will be selling these three items at a fraction of what they would cost normally please let myself, Clarice Arcia or Veronica Szender know if you are interested in purchase.
