We had a great show out today and I like to thanked everyone who showed up today, especially after our mini vacation. Next week we’ll be revisiting what we did today with JKD Striking and switch towards the later back to Escrima and back to footwork.

Just an update on Septembers schedule, we will be off for the month and returning back in October.
I’ll see everyone on this Saturday coming for the last meet of this month.

Starting this month we offering Jeet Kune Do or Kali Abtik classes. Currently we meet on Saturdays but if we develop a large enough group then I will open up for additional days to train. Come visit and experience the possibilities of both train with a weapon and without one. 🤙
