Due to the potential for worsening weather this evening, there will be no class tonight. The roads are okay right now, but it’s expected to get worse, and I want to be mindful of my commute coming from the Lakeshore.

Ladies!!! 💪✨ I’m officially BACK and teaching Monday night — and you know the rule… never miss a Monday workout!

This week also brings a little schedule glow-up 👉 our midweek class is switching to Thursday, so make sure you lock that into your calendar 🗓️

ANDDD we’ll be taking a poll for a Saturday class based on interest — if you want it, speak up!! 🙋‍♀️

Weather threw us a few curveballs recently, but February is our reset month. This season can be hard on motivation, and if you’ve been struggling—you’re not alone.

Showing up doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be today. Come as you are, move your body, and let the energy of the room do the rest.
