••• Push Up Progression ••• Love working with Jordan !! He always shows up ready to give 110% !! This is a Push Up progression movement, which I vary for him at 3 different heights, lowering the bar after every 5 reps. It's a great movement to help stabilize the trunk and abdominal muscles as well as strengthen the upper body for quads! Keep killing it Jordan!! You're getting stronger by the day!!❤️💪🏼
