WE practice traditional ITF Style Taekwondo for teens and adults 3 times a week:
Tue-Thur: 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. We believe every martial art, while apparently different, are expressions of the same kind: human confrontation. Therefore, all styles have a fundamental common link: the human body. There’s no martial art better than other just better practitioners and different degrees of proficiency”. From this holistic view, we believe that Taekwondo must enhance the practitioner’s life developing not only physical fitness, but mental sharpness and moral rectitude: “Taekwondo is a way to development of the whole person, regardless of age or physical aptitude”.
