The ‘prime’ tyres developed by the manufacturer LeCont continue to delight drivers and teams. Throughout the season, the WSK Promotion protagonists in OK took advantage of LeCont’s performance and this was once again the case in Lonato for the opening round of the WSK Final Cup. This time, the KZ2 category was also equipped with tyres from the Rovereto factory, as in the Open Series. The pole position achieved by Germany’s David Trefilov with a sensational time of 44”961 testifies to the outstanding qualities of the Italian tyres.

As promised the Gearup Challenge is heading in an all new direction! NYRC in reverse has been requested countless times and we are making it happen in 22.
Going back to one of our favorite dates of racing will see the first Gearup Challenge at NYRC on Memorial Day weekend in 2022. The second weekend will be a hosted at New Jersey Motorsports on the Tempest circuit. With this event taking place on the July 22nd-23rd-24th. A perfect combo of racing and hitting beach mid summer will make for a great event. The final two events will feature the challenge of reverse at NYRC. Never before has the track been utilized in this direction, so it will be a perfect layout to negate all the track advantage.
