🤝 Property Appraiser Tomás Regalado and Sunny Isles Beach Commissioner Fabiola Stuyvesant joined efforts to bring Property Appraiser services directly to residents during our Outreach Event at the Gateway Center.
Residents received assistance with exemption applications, late filing requests, Portability, and property value questions, helping many better understand the benefits and opportunities available to them.
We thank the City of Sunny Isles Beach for hosting this event and opening its doors to the community. Special appreciation goes to the outstanding Property Appraiser team whose professionalism, dedication, and commitment helped every resident receive personalized assistance and answers to their questions. 💙
