32 años en resguardo de la salud mental de nuestro estado y brindando conocimiento a las nuevas generaciones de dicha especialidad médica cumplió el Postgrado de Psiquiatría ULA Táchira del Hospital Central.

El jefe del servicio de Psiquiatría del Hospital Central, José Abel Colmenares hizo un reconocimiento a una labor que integran la labor y la academia permitiendo el acceso a la salud mental a personas de escasos recursos, quienes en el estado no cuentan con otro servicio similar en calidad intelectual y humanitaria.
