Our Emoms fit Mom gave birth 6 days ago and feels better than ever. Baby Antonella is healthy and beautiful. Mom trained all 9 months of pregnancy and showed us that while pregnant you can still get your workout, and the baby will be healthy and strong. If you are pregnant and want to workout or you had your baby and want to get back at it, come by and try one of our classes.
