Success has never been my definition of greatness 🔖

Before becoming a great professional, a respected coach, a developer of athletes, a mentor, or an influencer in sports or in any field, you must first become a great human being.

Your character will always outlast your achievements.

Respect people. Accept them for who they are. Lift others when they need it. Create opportunities. Open doors without expecting anything in return. The impact you leave on people’s lives will always be greater than the trophies on your shelf.

Not everyone has to chase points to build a champion.

While many spend the entire year traveling across the country chasing USTA points, our philosophy has always been different: prioritize long-term development over short-term rankings.

In just 2 Weeks , Caique captured USTA Level 2 titles and, in his first-ever USTA Level 1 National Championship, finished 4th at the USTA Clay Court Nationals, defeating the No. 3 player in the country along the way.

With only one national tournament outside of Florida before this event, Caique has now put himself in position to become Top 5 in the United States.

This isn’t the result of chasing rankings. It’s the result of relentlessly improving his game, developing his strengths, addressing his weaknesses, and committing to the process every single day.

Development creates rankings. Rankings don’t create development.

Proud of the journey. Proud of the work. And this is only the beginning Caique Cavalcanti
