Leg Day…. 3-4 rounds, choose the appropriate weight for each exercise for your goals. Heavy weight- less reps (6-8) Builds muscle, muscle uses more calories to maintain than fat. Lower weight- more reps (10-12) maintains muscle/tones. If you can do more than 12 reps easily and safely it’s time to up the weight. Enjoy your Saturday! Get to the GYM!
