Quick gym housekeeping reminder! If your shoes look like they just finished a mud wrestling match… please don’t wear them into the gym.

Help us keep the gym clean and comfortable for everyone by wiping off or changing out of dirty shoes before coming into the lifting areas. A little teamwork goes a long way. Thanks for helping take care of the place we all love to train! 💪
