Benjamin's Journey to Become an Ironman World Champ I've been training to become an Ironman since 2017, and have cycled roughly 5000 miles a year since then.

I'll move to Boulder CO in 2022 to train in the mountains. I support disabled kids through the brand I represent, Cyclowing.

I cycled 454.7 miles this June of 2024, keeping up the training pace! Someday I'll start training to swim, and I think that's going to be the number one thing that will slow me down in the future. I'm just hoping that training for the cycling portion is the most important thing to train for, since it's the longest portion of an Ironman triathlon.

I have cycled ~3,000 miles every year since 2017, and I hope to do it again this year. Are you consistently challenging yourself??
